Warranty Details
What is covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your piece. It also includes complimentary maintenance services such as prong tightening, rhodium re-plating on white gold, and professional cleaning to keep your jewelry looking its best.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, accidents, loss, theft, or improper care, nor work performed by a jeweler outside SRX Diamonds. Lost stones resulting from impact or everyday wear, and resizing or alterations made elsewhere, fall outside warranty coverage but can often be repaired for a fee.
How to make a claim
To request service or make a claim, contact our client care team with your order details and a description of the concern. We will guide you through sending your piece to us, fully insured, for evaluation by our jewelers. Most warranty services are completed and returned to you within a few weeks.
