Returns & Refunds

At SRX Jewels, every piece is crafted to order with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds. We want you to love your jewelry — if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Because most pieces are made to order for your chosen metal and carat weight, custom and made-to-order items are eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit rather than a refund, except where the item arrives damaged or not as described.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with the IGI grading certificate and original packaging. Personalized or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Resizing & exchanges

We offer one complimentary ring resize within 30 days of delivery (shipping charges may apply). Contact us to arrange an exchange or resize.
