How shipping works
Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares your piece for shipment with full insurance and signature confirmation. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your package leaves our atelier, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delivery times
Ready-to-ship pieces typically arrive within five to seven business days. Made-to-order and custom designs are crafted especially for you and require additional time; an estimated delivery window is shared at checkout and confirmed by your jewelry specialist.
How to return an item
To begin a return, reach out to our client care team within 30 days of delivery. We will email you a prepaid, insured shipping label and simple instructions. Returned pieces should be unworn and accompanied by their original packaging and any certificates.
International orders
